After the new submission has been filled out we will arrange a conference call to fully discuss your application and fully discuss different options to suit your needs.

Step Two:

The next step is for your loan to be accepted by Walsh McNulty & Goldberg. Once the funding has been approved in principle, we will issue our agreement and proposed terms of funding. Time is of the essence in all projects.

Step Three:

We also charge a broker fee on closing that is typically between 0.5% and 2% depending on size of project.
